POAC Hearing Committee

Mission Statement

The mission of the POAC Hearing Committee is to address and respond to all complaints alleging violation of POAC Bylaws or any other regulation that may or may not be a show rule, which are deemed worthy of hearing by the CEO and not otherwise settled.

Objectives

• To review issues presented to the committee by the POAC CEO
• To determine action, if needed
• To make recommendations for action to be taken to the POAC President and CEO for implementation
