Kyra Stiebens of Sterling, Kansas won three titles at the 2019 POAC National Congress Show in Tulsa including, 14-18 Cloverleaf Barrels, 14-18 Texas Rollback and 14-18 Key Hole.
Unfortunalely, Kara’s photo was left out of the Congress placings. The POAC Congratulates Kara on her championships and apologizes for this omission.
