It is the policy of the POAC to provide a Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, which will serve as a guide to proper business conduct for all POAC Board Members and employees. POAC expects all POAC Board Members and employees to observe the highest standards of ethics and integrity in their conduct.

Ethics Committee Standard Operating Procedures (114 KB)
The following process is established to provide an avenue through which persons can file complaints about the ethical conduct of POAC Board of Directors, Members, and POAC Employees. This process is to be used to adjudicate complaints that have been found to be irreconcilable through other means. Prior to employing this process, persons are encouraged to attempt to resolve the situation through other means.
